Melinda Johnston, M.Msc.
Spiritual Philosopher and Coach, Intuitive Healer, Wellness Consultant, International Speaker, and Author

Melinda JohnstonMelinda has over 25 years of study and practice in religious culture, practical philosophical, metaphysical sciences and understanding for the historical “webs” of human history, which have impacted most of our modern religions and spiritual practices.

She has created a variety of alternative methods for celebrating life and seeing the “sacred” in simplicity. Her knowledge offers students and clients a unique insight into mindful inner dialogue, which in turn honors and expands one’s innate wisdom and allows for one’s perfect state of wellness to exist.

Because she is well versed in multiple facets of religious and sacred philosophy, including the Eastern philosophies of Buddhism and Vedanta, Metaphysical consciousness, and the Science of Yoga, her gentle teaching method allows one’s self knowledge to expand to deeper level, naturally.

As owner of The Buddhi Institute her goal is to teach practical methods and programs that incorporate mindfulness, along with other ancient wisdoms, for the integration of mind and spirit so a sense of complete wellness arises almost effortlessly into one’s day to day living.

She believes in the 40-Day process based on her own experience of witnessing profound transformations occur within.  The process is simple, kind, nurturing, and Absolute.  As a teacher she knows, “We all have this wisdom within.”

 


 

Stephanie Jablonoski Campanelli
Yoga Instructor, Creative Coordinator for Special Events

Stephanie Jablonoski CampanelliStephanie joins Buddhi with over 17 years of various styles Yoga experience experience. She is a skilled and well-trained yoga instructor with a gift for teaching in a light-hearted and playful way. Her favorite style is an alignment-based yoga taken from her years of studying and teaching Anusara and Power Vinyasa Yoga. She connects with students at all levels through her open and well-planned sequences. She believes that having the opportunity to plan a yoga class with a strong theme, logical sequence, great music; then adapting this actual content for the participants of her class, is the best job ever.

In addition to teaching yoga she plans creative mind/body events such as book clubs for spritually minded individuals, goddess yoga classes, solstice and equinox events, and yoga for at-risk women.

She comes to yoga after 10 years of corporate consulting in a major fortune 500 company based in NYC. She worked with executives and all levels of staff to create and roll out various corporate culture change events.

She has her Bachelors of Science in Employee Relations from Michigan State University as well as 200 & 300 hour of certifications and a multitude of training in all aspects of Yoga.
