Meditation and Mindfulness Classes

The Buddhi Institute offers Meditation and Mindfulness classes, which are authentic trainings from the Yoga Sciences and Vedic Masters.  Sessions are six week group practices that will teach you how to exactly master the inner dialogue and overcome emotional fluctuations.  

Class sizes are small, 8-12 students only, so each person gets the attention he or she needs while developing their practice.

Fall Classes Forming


emotional-bodyWomen’s Wellness Group:
Absolute Wellness |  Ayurveda and Dosha Balancing 
Tuesday Evenings: 6:30 pm – 8 pm

Begins October 10th

Ayurveda is a Sanskrit word that literally translates as “the wisdom of life” or “the knowledge of longevity.” In this healing system, there are three basic types of energy referred to as the doshas—vata, pitta, and kapha.  In this 6-week course, you will discover what your Dosha type is, come to know exactly how to lose weight, enhance your vitality, master fluctuating emotions, as you align your body’s system into perfect balance.  Course includes workbook and materials.

Intro into Meditation and Mindfulness:

Learn easy and fun beginning mindfulness and meditation techniques! Master your Inner Dialogue and learn how to use the emotions as welcomed “guides” to fully access your inner wisdom.  Learn how to establish inner peace and a sense of calm in all that you do, no matter what conditions the outside world may be presenting. Includes workbook and training materials.

Mindfulness and Self-Care

Learn how to apply mindfulness techniques to overcome the whirlpools of the mind.  Learn simple practices for coming into a state of calm, be in gratitude, and offer yourself kindness.   This is healing in awareness.   This is letting go of the past, coming into the Now, and learning how to embrace all the potentiality within you.

In this Open level group class you will begin to learn a variety of practices for settling the mind, coming into Stillness, and experience higher states of consciousness.

If you have had some meditation practice, but are ready to expand and deepen your practice, this open level group is the perfect place to Be.    

Teachings are from the Yoga Sciences, in which you will be trained to master breath, while coming into a realm of profound peace. In this “place” you will begin to experience your own innate wisdom. 

You will learn how to be-friend and master the inner dialogue, emotional patterns, and habits of the mind.

Meditation practice will bring you to know the real you, what your strengths are, what your true passions are, as you begin to gain wisdom from your higher aspects of conscious awareness.
