Meditation and Mindfulness Classes

The Buddhi Institute offers Meditation and Mindfulness classes, which are authentic trainings from the Yoga Sciences and Vedic Masters.  Sessions are six week group practices that will teach you how to exactly master the inner dialogue and overcome emotional fluctuations.  

Class sizes are small, 8-12 students only, so each person gets the attention he or she needs while developing their practice.

Women’s Wellness Group
Tuesday Evenings: 6:30 pm – 8 pm

This weekly group discusses Women’s Wellness issues ranging from relationships, career, emotions, diet, and health practices.  Learn authentic techniques in Meditation, Mindfulness, and healing practices belonging to the yoga sciences.
