Meditation and Mindfulness Classes

The Buddhi Institute offers Meditation and Mindfulness classes, which are authentic trainings from the Yoga Sciences and Vedic Masters.  

 

Sessions are six week group practices that will teach you how to exactly cultivate an authentic sense peace,  and master the inner dialogue.

New group forming. Learn authentic techniques for overcoming the mental patterns that are the foundation for experiences of anxiety or depression. 

This is a weekly, on-going group that offers support, discussion, and guided meditation practices from the Yoga Sciences that will gently lift you out of states of anxiety or depression.  Techniques include Chakra awareness and healing, meditative contemplation, poses and posture, and applications for overcoming the Inner Dialogue.
