    This book is amazing and insightful and everyone should own this. It should be laying next to your Bible! Practicing peace has helped me so much in every aspect of my life and Melinda, the author, is an amazing and powerful woman that has uncovered the truth of our purpose here and is helping to spread that to the rest of us. Through mindfulness and cultivating peace, we can change the world!

    The most powerful book on peace prayer and meditation!
    I keep this book in plain sight and use it daily.
    A quick, easy read guidebook with profound simple exercises and prayers.
    If you desire to bring your mind into a place of deep peace and contemplation, this is the book for you.
    If you want to spend less time reading about meditation, and much more time practicing it, this is the book for you!
    Too great to keep to oneself. Use the book for family prayer-time as well.
    My family appreciates the prayers that I pick out during dinner and read to them. They are inspiring and my teen and 7-year-old have picked up on this. Our conversations have become more centered around joy within ourselves and the world at large. Wow, what a difference from conversations that we recently had concerning only our own self-centered concerns.
    The mediations are easy to follow and show how to blast past the ego and discover that we are so much more than that. The heart just naturally wants to open up!
    I found this book to be fun, friendly and gets to the point of finding deep peace!
