If you have had difficulty in settling your mind in other forms of Meditation Practice, you will learn to come into that place of Peace by engaging in this practice.

This is a 6-Week “guide” that gives you simple practices to master.  Each suggested practice will only take 2-10 minutes a day.  The key is to do the practice each day…for this reason, our programs gently guide you into your spiritual practice by the Law of Least Effort.


Becoming the Observer

The 40-Day Becoming the Observer is a Self-Study Practice that gently brings one into a meditation practice to expand one’s own Awareness. This is our most popular course, and it is the cornerstone for all other venues of spiritual development.

All persons encounter “Monkey Mind” at the onset of settling the mind. This guided course teaches several techniques for getting beyond the mental chatter by means of the Law of Least effort. Learning to observe the mind is key for living a life in mindfulness, and is also necessary before one can embark on their own meditation practice of spiritual awareness.

Many introduction into Meditation programs provide guided meditations for the beginner. We believe that learning to still the mind is essential for an authentic spiritual journey toward the within. Your True Nature arises from a still mind. While guided meditation can bring a sense of peace, and reduce stress, creating stillness allows your Higher Mind to become your “go to” Inner Counselor.

Meditation at the Buddhi Institute

It is through self-inquiry and discovering our own Inner Wisdom, that one WILL master the art of living by overcoming the directions (distractions) of our rational, intellectual mind, to realize knowledge by our own experience of our True Nature.

The "subtle" world is fascinating, as it has been learned that it cannot be observed, because by observing , that which is being observed is “altered” by the Observer. This subtle world cannot be experienced by the intellect. It can only be experienced by becoming One with it. In other words, “to BE it.” And the only way to BE in this infinite space of all eternity is to enter it…well, “empty.”

Empty means free of all hindrances, ideals, perceptions, thought, beliefs…the only way in is through complete stillness of the mind. This is state of “pure luminosity” can only be achieved through high states of consciousness, or meditation.

Our purpose here is to assist you in clearing the mind, so that you find your own state of luminosity, and become one with it.
