Authentic practices in Vedic meditation training. Experience heightened states of consciousness and over all well-being. This involves self-love, inner and outward compassion, and coming into a realm of consciousness that expresses loving-kindness in all that you do.
In this Open Level Bhakti Meditation course, you will learn a variety of practices from the Yoga Sciences for experiencing luminosity of the mind.
In one-pointed centeredness, you will come to know new levels of clarity, and gain access to your own source of Absolute Wisdom.
We will explore authentic postures, breathing techniques, and mantras for obtaining stillness of the mind, so you may directly experience crossing the “threshold” into a state of complete bliss.
This type of experience is known to ancient sages as the mystical experience of God, or the Divine. Whatever your faith practice is, you will come into a deeper “presence” of It. If you are somewhat new to meditation, you will come to know the inner presence within as the Higher Self.

In this 10-Week course, we will incorporate authentic Sacred Yoga meditative techniques so you may develop a deepened experience within your existing meditation and mindfulness practices.
Learning to Master the Mind is a process, and Sacred Yoga is a “science” that will expand your current realm of consciousness, so you will begin to function from a higher state of mind.
Learn a variety of mantras and mudras to radically instigate change and growth within your life experiences on all levels
Learn to experience and witness the fullness of your Mind
Come into full Awareness of High I, or the Self, and be at one with That.
Learn how to rise above emotions, and habits of the mind to know a new reality as SAT CHIT ANANDA (One Consciousness as Bliss)
What to Expect…
Our cozy location provides us with yoga bolsters and blankets so we are able to enjoy our meditation practices while engaged in restorative yoga poses.
Wear comfortable, loose fitting clothing.
Please arrive on time so that group meditation experiences are not disturbed.
Each week, there will be a short teaching from the Yoga Sciences and Philosophies, followed by a guided group meditation practice.
This course also offers you a guidebook and meditation practices to engage with each week as you deepen your home practice at home.
