Heart Centered Awareness: Mantras and Mudras
In this Open level group class you will begin to learn a variety of practices for settling the mind, coming into Stillness, and experience higher states of consciousness.
If you have had some meditation practice, but are ready to expand and deepen your practice, this open level group is the perfect place to Be.
Teachings are from the Yoga Sciences, in which you will be trained to master breath, while coming into a realm of profound peace. In this “place” you will begin to experience your own innate wisdom.
You will learn how to master the inner dialogue, emotional patterns, and habits of the mind.
Gain clarity, focus, and a sense of steady unwavering inner peace.
In this 6-Week course, you will learn to incorporate authentic Sacred Yoga meditative techniques so you may develop a deepened experience within your existing meditation and mindfulness practices.
Learning to Master the Mind is a process, and Sacred Yoga is a “science” that will expand your current realm of consciousness, so you will begin to function from a higher state of mind , known as Buddhi.
- Learn a variety of mantras and mudras to radically instigate change and growth within your life experiences on all levels
- Learn to experience and witness the fullness of your Mind
- Begin to transform your idea of self-hood into a realized knowing of the High I, or the Self

What to Expect…
Our location provides us with meditation cushions, pillows, and blankets so we are able to enjoy our meditation practices in a variety of comfortable poses.
Wear comfortable, loose fitting clothing.
Please arrive on time so that group meditation experiences are not disturbed.
Each week, there will be a short teaching from the Yoga Sciences and Philosophies, followed by a guided group meditation practice.
The teachings provide you with the knowledge of how to establish yourself in your own authentic practice as well.
Through these practices, you will learn to settle the mind, calm the emotions, and slow down the inner dialogue…so your Inner Wisdom has “space” to rise and guide you.
This course also offers you a guidebook and meditation practices to engage with each week as you cultivate a regular practice at home.
