WHAT IS MERCURY RETROGRADE?  Mercury retrograde is an optical illusion that makes it look like the planet is moving backwards, from the perspective of Earth.   While all planets in the solar system are thought to 'retrograde' at some point each year, mercury (as the fastest moving planet) does the most often, and so is perceived as having the most impact.  If the moon can move our oceans, then what "pull" do the other planets have on our lives?

Because the New Year is generally a time that we want to Go, Go, Go with the new goals and ambitions we will be making for ourselves to start 2023, this Mercury Retrograde will ask to instead, slow down, and make sure we are indeed aligned with purposeful goals for our careers or what we are "giving" to the world when it comes to time and energy. 

Although our Egoic self might feel frustrated by the delays, miscommunications, and upheavals that Mercury Retrograde is known to orchestrate, this "go-round" will guide your Soul Self to come to the center of your attention.  You will feel "called" to align with your Highest Good.
