We often give our power away and don't realize what we have done. We were trying to be nice or helpful. We were trying to do our best. Suddenly, we realize we are exhausted, lack joy, and are full of uncertainty.
Life happens and we get caught up in action. We say yes to projects, family members, or friends and soon find ourselves struggling to keep up with everything we said yes to.
We get in a rut, a grind, going through the motions to meet the expectations of others, and what our own Inner Dialogue tells us is needed for success and happiness. We go, go, go, until we realize that we are doing things and agreeing to things that zap our energy. At that point, actions feel forced. We have to drag ourselves to work. We come home and want to veg out...we have lost interest in activities that used to give us joy.

Learn to settle the whirlpools of your mind, and master your emotions. Learn how to become the Observer of your thoughts and then choose your response.
6 Sessions 1 hour each in person or via ZOOM

This deluxe coaching program is customized to your needs.
Sessions can be scheduled weekly, every other week.
A six-session commitment is required.
