This course is normally held inside of a meditation studio. Due to post Covid conditions, this summer class will either be taught outdoors, or in a classroom on location at the Buddhi Institute office, and also online via ZOOM.
If you plan to attend the classes in person, a mask is required to enter the building, and must be worn until you are seated. All mats and chairs will be placed 6 feet apart from each other.
This meditation style raises self-awareness, and as a result...compassion for all you have been, all that you are Now...and creates an inner peace for all that you are Becoming.
Additionally, people or emotional triggers, anything that has had the power to upset you, or rattle you... will no longer have any power to move you. This course will enable you to remain steady inside your own place of inner peace.
Each class provides a short Wisdom Teaching and meditation instruction, followed by a group meditation. At the end of each session is time for questions and answers. We learn from each other when we share our experiences.
In addition to the weekly printed materials, you will receive weekly emails with extra tips for insight and inspiration into that week's practice.
Private Coaching mini-sessions are available at a discounted rate for enrolled students. This is available if you wish to take your practice to a deeper or more personal level.
