WHAT TO EXPECT FROM THIS COURSE
Summer Course online via ZOOM
Because this course is taught via ZOOM, if you need to miss a week, you will have access to the recorded session. Some additional classes may be added for group meditation practices.
COST: This course is valued at $540 per person. In an act of kindness against inflation, the course is being offered for only $140.
Optional private coaching is an extra add-on.
EXPECT a Shift in Consciousness and a Sense of Freedom
This course is designed to prepare to experience a profound sense of mental and emotional freedom. You will become "unshackled" from past pains, upsets, habits of the mind and emotional triggers.
This immersion course will guide you into a slow progression of higher states consciousness through wisdom teachings practices belonging the Yoga Sciences, following the book, The Four Agreements.
Q and A after each Session
Class time is from 7-8:30 pm. For those who wish to stay on later, there is plenty of time for on-going questions and answers. The Buddhi Institute training format is similar to private coaching...lots of personal and one-to-one guidance.

This course includes a weekly email that offers additional insight, inspiration, wisdom quotes from the Four Agreements. .
Private Coaching
Private Coaching mini-sessions are available at a discounted rate of $45 per session for enrolled students. This is available if you wish to take your practice to a deeper or more personal level.
