1. The Field of Capacity
   Why receiving more Life requires a larger vessel.
2. Expansion Without Scattering
   What happens when energy increases and the nervous system, field, and identity cannot yet hold it.
3. The Sacred Feminine as the Vessel
   The holy capacity to receive, contain, gestate, nourish, and bring divine life into form.
4. Power Without Distortion
   How to carry spiritual power, visibility, voice, money, and influence without fear, ego, collapse, or control taking the seat.
5. Love Without Losing the Center
   How to remain open, relational, compassionate, and boundaried without merging, rescuing, or disappearing.
6. Fullness Without Sabotage
   Why people often contract when life begins to open, and how to stay steady when good things arrive.
7. The Rule of Fullness
   A walking-staff session: the daily structure that helps the body, mind, heart, and field hold more Life.
