This guidebook is a fundamental tool for spiritual development and offers a gentle approach for learning how to invoke inner peace, and become the peace you are seeking.
Each daily practice includes a peace quote for reflection, a short wisdom teaching, followed by step-by-step instructions for engaging with the meditation and mindfulness practice for that day.
The book is designed to work on your behalf as a spiritual tool, and daily inspirational reader that is simple and practical to use. Each daily practice requires only 2-5 minutes of time for reflection and engagement.
The meditation and mindfulness practices are designed to work for beginners as well as advanced meditation practitioners, who may wish to extend the daily meditation technique to a 20-40 minute daily session.
After the 30 practices are completed, you will notice a dramatic inward shift of consciousness, along with directly experiencing an unfailing sense of inner peace and emotional calm.
