Class Format

Because we are in the Spring Season, the teaching schedule is light. Two sessions, then a week off, two more sessions, and a week off, and then the final two sessions.

All classes are presented LIVE on ZOOM. Come as you are...fully dressed or in a spa robe or pajamas. We gather for wisdom and connection, not to project appearances. These online courses are fun, inspirational and uplifting.
