SESSION ONE
Learn how to reconnect with your emotional core and recognize when you’re running on empty.
You’ll explore simple practices to restore your energy and begin showing up for yourself the way you show up for others.

SESSION TWO
Discover how to meet your own stress, fatigue, and inner criticism with care instead of pressure.
This session introduces guided meditation to support emotional healing and nervous system regulation.

SESSION THREE
Learn how to use breath and body awareness to create a sense of calm—even in the middle of chaos.
You’ll practice techniques to reduce reactivity and bring more steadiness into your daily life.

SESSION FOUR
Develop the skill of inner listening.
You’ll learn how to tune into your own needs, set boundaries with clarity, and respond to stress with greater self-awareness and emotional resilience.

SESSION FIVE
Explore how compassion extends beyond self-care into how we show up for others.
This session includes a group meditation designed to support connection, empathy, and emotional presence in your relationships and community.

SESSION SIX
In our final session, you’ll be guided into a deeper state of rest and reflection.
You’ll learn how to create a sustainable inner practice that supports long-term well-being, clarity, and grounded leadership.
