This 6-Week course will immerse you into a deepened and continued state of inner peace. What the world needs now is Love Sweet Love. We will engage in authentic meditative practices that not only promote your own well-being, and self-compassion, but also enter into profound states of consciousness that offers loving-kindness, healing, and overall well-being to every living thing on Earth.

Learn how to fully enter into Heart Center through purified intention, and expand your consciousness through Heart Chakra. Self-compassion, and compassion for others rises on its own. We will then engage in a healing guided medtitation.
With Heart Centered Awareness you will learn how to invoke "peace" consciousness to flow through your mind, body, and spirit with breath-work. (prana) Learn how to become a vessel of peace, allowing peace to become you.
With a steady mind, Heart Centered Awareness becomes your own inner Guru. Learn how to deeply hear your own inner guidance, offer peace and kindness to your emotional body, and also increase your own sense of well-being.
Group meditation has powerful effects on communities and the world as a whole. Learn how to merge into a higher consciousness with pure intention for breathing peace, comfort, and care to all living beings.

This course is normally held inside of a meditation studio. Due to Covid, all winter classes are being held on ZOOM. Therefore, you will be instructed how to set up a comfortable meditation space in your home.
This meditation style raises self-awareness, and as a result...compassion for all you have been, all that you are Now...and creates an inner peace for all that you are Becoming. Additionally, people or emotional triggers, anything that has had the power to upset you, or rattle you... will no longer have any power to move you. This course will enable you to remain steady inside your own place of inner peace.
Each class provides a short Wisdom Teaching and meditation instruction, followed by a group meditation. At the end of each session is time for questions and answers. We learn from each other when we share our experiences.
In addition to the weekly printed materials, you will receive weekly emails with extra tips for insight and inspiration into that week's practice.
Private Coaching mini-sessions are available at a discounted rate for enrolled students. This is available if you wish to take your practice to a deeper or more personal level.
