My work blends spiritual wisdom and neuroscience to help women interrupt lifelong patterns, reclaim their energy, and make decisions from a place of grounded inner authority.
The process teaches women how to evolve their inner world so their outer life becomes clear, coherent, and aligned with their authentic nature, goals, and ambitions. Your outer world will never rise higher than your Inner Alignment.

Melinda Johnston has spent more than 30 years teaching, mentoring, and creating classes and retreats for people who want practical support in their everyday lives. She has trained in a wide range of traditions and disciplines, including meditation, yoga, and the study of consciousness.
Her focus is simple: she teaches clear, usable methods that help people stay steady, think clearly, and feel more grounded in their daily routines. She draws from both modern mindfulness practices and the older teachings she has studied for decades, but she presents everything in a way that is easy to understand and apply.
Melinda has a long background in studying religious and philosophical systems, including Buddhism, Vedanta, and the broader field of consciousness studies. This gives her a wide foundation to pull from, but she teaches in a calm, practical way that helps people make sense of their own lives without pressure or complexity.
Over the years, she has created many classes, gatherings, and simple practices that help people slow down, reconnect with themselves, and approach life with more ease.
Today, she works as a teacher, meditation instructor, author, and retreat leader, offering steady, down‑to‑earth guidance to anyone who wants to feel more clear and centered.
