These are only a few examples, but overall, not matter what the "cause," turbulent emotions such as anxiety are storytellers.
Any turbulent emotion that you frequently experience as a dominant "force" in your life is simply a Storyteller. The panic attack is a message from your sub-conscious mind that is trying to tell you something, or keep you safe from something. In short, the sensation is trying to protect you...not sabotage you, or limit you. Panic, overwhelm, racing thoughts, belong to a limited realm of consciousness that functions with the goal of self-protection.
There's a Higher Way! There's an enlightened way to settle the mind, and calm the emotions, so you can actually "hear" the "story," and then choose if the "story" serves you. This is called Absolute Awareness, and with this skill, you learn to Master the Emotion, make peace with it, and Let it Go.
