WISDOM COURSE FOR APPLIED AWARENESS
A dynamic course for learning to hear the whispers of your Soul Speaking to you. This 6-Week Guided series helps you to develop a radiant mind-heart connection that will become your inner guidance system. Settle your mind with the inner peace, clarity, and soul felt authentic joy from awareness of your Divine Bliss Body.
WHAT IS THE BLISS BODY?
The deepest layer of our being is the core of our existence, known as the anandamaya kosha, from ananda, which means “bliss.” Often referred to as your highest self or spirit, your Bliss Body is where you experience the unbounded freedom, expanse, and joyousness of your True Nature. This aspect within is also known as "the Inner Guru," or "the Divine Self." Connection with this kosha is like coming home.
Getting "there" is easily obtainable through the wisdom practices belonging to the Yoga Sciences.

WEEK ONE
Course overview and introduction to the 5 bodies of our human experience. Guided heart meditation and pranayama practices for raising your Vibration toward peace and authentic joy.
WEEK TWO
Self-compassion and Self-Awareness heal emotional traumas from the past. This week we examine our Emotional Body, release what no longer serves, and clear "space" for new growth.
WEEK THREE
The mental body and emotional body are deeply connected. This relationship is what fuels most of our life experiences. Learn how to re-wire this relationship for unlimited possiblities.
WEEK FOUR
Heart Chakra, or Heart Center is our portal of transcended Awareness. It's "here" that our Self Self sleeps until awakened. Learn to feel and communicate with your Sacred Self...it has its own "beat," and speaks to you in ripples, pulses, and vibrations. This is a Yogic Wisdom known as Spanda.
WEEK FIVE
Once you become able to maintain a high frequency as your "normal" vibe...your DNA will actually begin to heal, shape-shift, and expand into Cosmic frequency. You will become more intuitive, confident, calm, peaceful, kind, wise, aware... life will flow according to Higher Law.
WEEK SIX
Once your consciousness is purified, you will begin to automatically "slip" into what is known as the Bliss Body in the Yoga Sciences. Meditation, contemplation, and pranayama practices help you to obtain realization of the Bliss Body. In this last class you will be taught techniques for awakening your individualized state of Divine Bliss.

The meditation training in this course will raise self-awareness, and as a result...allow you to obtain compassion for all you have been, all that you are Now...and will create an inner peace for all that you are Becoming.
Additionally, people or emotional triggers, anything that has had the power to upset you, or rattle you... will no longer have any power to move you. This course will enable you to remain steady inside your own place of inner peace and discovered Bliss.
Each class provides a short Wisdom Teaching and meditation instruction, followed by a group meditation. At the end of each session is time for questions and answers. We learn from each other when we share our experiences.
In addition to the weekly printed materials, you will receive weekly emails with extra tips for insight and inspiration into that week's practice.
Private Coaching mini-sessions are available at a discounted rate for enrolled students. This is available if you wish to take your practice to a deeper or more personal level.

Melinda Johnston, of Buddhi Institute, has over 30 years of experience in teaching, coaching, and creating transformative events and retreats. Her goal is to teach practical methods that incorporate mindfulness, along with the ancient wisdom belonging to the Yoga Sciences, for the integration of body, mind and spirit so a sense of complete wellness arises almost effortlessly into one’s day-to-day living.
Because she is well versed in multiple facets of religious and sacred philosophy, including the Eastern philosophies of Buddhism and Vedanta, Metaphysical consciousness, and the Science of Yoga, her gentle teaching method allows one's own wisdom to expand into deeper level, naturally.
She has created a variety of alternative methods for celebrating life and seeing the “sacred” in simplicity. Her knowledge offers students and clients an absolute path for Awareness and Self-Discovery, which in turn allows one’s perfect state of wellness to become known and exist effortlessly.
Melinda made a vow at age 29 to live a life of service to others and maintain a humble and simple lifestyle. Never married by choice, she lives a contemplative life, immersed in meditation, intuitive / contemplative communion with God, and continues to studies scriptures from all religions and perennial philosophies. She is an intuitive healer, spiritual philosopher, yogi, kriyabon, brahmacharyan, and Vedic Master of Consciousness.
