This 6-Week course will immerse you into a deepened state of Inner Peace and a continued sense of Expected Joy.
The deepest layer of our being is the core of our existence, known as the anandamaya kosha, from ananda, which means “bliss.” Often referred to as your highest self or spirit, your Bliss Body is where you experience the unbounded freedom, expanse, and joyousness of your true nature. Connection with this kosha is like coming home. Steady your mind, embrace your inner wisdom, ignite your soul, and come to know an ocean of inner peace.

Course overview and introduction to the 5 bodies of our human experience. Guided heart meditation and pranayama practices for raising your Vibration toward peace and authentic joy.
Self-compassion and Self-Awareness heal emotional traumas from the past. This week we examine our Emotional Body, release what no longer serves, and clear "space" for new growth.
The mental body and emotional body are deeply connected. This relationship is what fuels most of our life experiences. Learn how to re-wire this relationship for unlimited possiblities.
Heart Chakra, or Heart Center is our portal of transcended Awareness. It's "here" that our Self Self sleeps until awakened. Learn to feel and communicate with your Sacred Self...it has its own "beat," and speaks to you in ripples, pulses, and vibrations. This is a Yogic Wisdom known as Spanda.
Once you become able to maintain a high frequency as your "normal" vibe...your DNA will actually begin to heal, shape-shift, and expand into Cosmic frequency. You will become more intuitive, confident, calm, peaceful, kind, wise, aware... life will flow according to Higher Law.
Once your consciousness is purified, you will begin to automatically "slip" into what is known as the Bliss Body in the Yoga Sciences. Meditation, contemplation, and pranayama practices help you to obtain realization of the Bliss Body. In this last class you will be taught techniques for awakening your individualized state of Divine Bliss.
This fall class is available in both classroom at the Buddhi Institute office, or online via ZOOM.
The meditation training in this course will raise self-awareness, and as a result...allow you to obtain compassion for all you have been, all that you are Now...and will create an inner peace for all that you are Becoming.
Additionally, people or emotional triggers, anything that has had the power to upset you, or rattle you... will no longer have any power to move you. This course will enable you to remain steady inside your own place of inner peace and discovered Bliss.
Each class provides a short Wisdom Teaching and meditation instruction, followed by a group meditation. At the end of each session is time for questions and answers. We learn from each other when we share our experiences.
In addition to the weekly printed materials, you will receive weekly emails with extra tips for insight and inspiration into that week's practice.
Private Coaching mini-sessions are available at a discounted rate for enrolled students. This is available if you wish to take your practice to a deeper or more personal level.
