This 6-Week course of Introduction into Meditation and Mindfulness teaches you to be-friend, and then master the constant chatter of the mind, remove emotional blockages or old belief patterns, and soon become comfortable sitting in calm and stillness. You will be able to meditate on your own, anywhere, with no need for guided meditation upon completion.
Also, this course will offer you profound, yet simple mindfulness techniques that you can easily incorporate into your day-to-day living.

In one-pointed concentration you learn how to steady your mind and obtain clarity of the mind, and peace within Heart Center.

This guidebook offers you easy to learn applications to begin and master meditation, pranayama and, mindfulnesstechniques belonging to the Yoga Sciences. Each aspect of training has its own section.
The meditation practices offered in the SIT section of this guidebook are helpful for releasing deeply ingrained habits of the mind, and the emotional responses that are silently entangled with patterned thought responses. Meditation will allow you the obtain a new level of wisdom, which will provide you an unwavering state of calm and inner peace that is always available to you, once you learn how to keep your mind steady.
The pranayama practices offered in the BREATHE section are tools that will also help you to steady the mind. Experiencing turbulent emotions such as anxiety, depression, fear, doubt, overwhelm, disturb the manner in which we breathe. The gentle mindfulness practices offered in the LOVE section provide you with extraordinary opportunities to master your awareness in all that you do. These simple techniques are purposefully designed so you may incorporate the practices into your day-to-day living.

This course is normally held inside of a meditation studio. Due to Covid, all spring classes are still being held on ZOOM. Therefore, you will be instructed how to set up a comfortable meditation space in your home.
This intro into Meditation and Mindfulness course will teach you how to exactly overcome the constant chatter of the mind. In fact, you will learn how to befriend it, and then master it.
Each class provides a Wisdom Teaching, guided meditation instruction, and time for questions and answers. The goal of this course is to teach you how to absolutely gain the ability to settle your mind and emotions on your own, no matter where you are. Discussion about our experiences helps you to achieve that.
